Who are we?
Why reinvent the wheel when you could break it?

Fita means "ribbon" or "tape" in Portuguese. The name was chosen because what best sums up Fita is a commitment to service and breaking with convention. We deliver finished products with care while pushing the boundaries of what constitutes good conversation.
Our work ethic is largely guided by the Bauhaus movement, an influential art movement that began in 1919 in Weimar, Germany. The movement encouraged teaching and collaboration and focused on an abstract style that shunned artistic precedent, preferring to focus on analyzing systemic structures rather than appealing to emotions.

The idea is that when Fita takes on a new client, we help redefine your direction. We study your industry, conducting in-depth research, to bring you back ideas for how to best reorganize both your product, information system flows, branding, or all of the above.

Reinvention can take many forms. Whatever your language needs are, Fita is here to help you until you cross the finish line.
The face behind Fita
Luisa is Fita's Sr. Copywriter. A third culture kid, Luisa feels most at home when breaking out of confines.

Born in Miami to Brazilian and Spanish parents, she also lived for a time in Argentina and has always been surrounded by different ways of being and thinking. Fluidity informs all aspects of their work.

Through a mix of structure and a playful instinct to explore, Luisa uses contextual research and client values to experiment with language solutions that deliver more accessible internal and external experiences for clients and companies alike.
